  • Initial consultation

    We begin with a 90 minute deep dive to understand your context, the challenges you are facing and what you are looking to get from the process.

  • 360° EQ assessment

    Two week window to complete the psychometric assessment alongside feedback from your chosen raters, providing a full-circle view of your EQ strengths and growth areas.

  • Debrief and strategy session

    One week following the completion of the assessment we’ll analyze your results together, discuss tailored strategies, and create a roadmap for enhancing your leadership impact.

  • To get the most of the ECR 360 you need to have been in a leadership role for a minimum of 6 months so that the people who will be giving feedback have enough to go on.

    You will also need at least 2 peers, 2 direct reports and a manager who are willing to take part in the process.

Coaching is about empowering the individual to come up with the answers that are relevant for the unique context in which they find themselves.
