The Leadership Exploration Program
Leading is tough. And nobody tells you that when you first step into a leadership role.
Most new leaders are thrown into the deep end and are expected to swim straight away! For the small percentage of leaders lucky enough to get some training, this is often focussed around generic approaches that don’t connect to the individual leader and their needs.
I designed the LEP to be an antidote to the standard corporate approach to leadership development. This is a 6-month deep dive into what leadership really looks like – the important stuff that most programs don’t touch.
We focus on the human behind the title. The emotions. The doubts. The challenges that keep you awake at 2 AM. This is where the real value lies when we are looking to develop ourselves and others as leaders.
It requires some vulnerability and willingness to look deeper within ourselves in order to emerge with more clarity and confidence about who we are and what we stand for.

The program

Online coaching
12 one-to-one or group video coaching sessions over a 6 month period. 6 Leadership development sessions based on the program guide exercises and 6 coaching sessions where the agenda is led by you.

Program workbook
Six powerful exercises are provided within the program workbook that will get you thinking about some of the core aspects of stepping into a leadership role. It also contains some useful hints and tips for getting the most from the program.

Tailored learning resources
Throughout the program I will share relevant learning resources to get you going deeper into subjects that will help you broaden and deepen your perspectives around leadership.

The leaders who will get the most from the Leadership Exploration Program are those who are open to engaging in conversations on a wide range of topics relating to how they are showing up at work.
In order to see if people are a good fit for the program I offer a free, no obligation hour long call with the potential candidate. Unfortunately I can’t admit people on the program if they haven’t completed this call.

One to one: £2,250 + VAT.
Group Coaching (max 6 pers.): From £850 + VAT per person depending on size of group.
If you are organisation who has multiple people they would like to put through the program then please get in touch as it may be possible to offer a discount for larger purchases.

Yes, you can spilt the payment over three equal payments payable at the start of each of the first three month of the program.

Coaching is personalised to the individual whereas standard leadership development programmes tend to teach a set sylabus. One to one coaching starts with the individual and what is unique to them in terms of their combination of fixed personality traits, conditioned behaviours and learned skills.

No, I work with people across industry sectors. My coaching is specific to the individual being coached and works with their unique mix of personality, skills and experiences. Coaching is about empowering the individual to come up with the answers that are relevant for the unique context in which they find themselves.
