I specialise in working with leaders who are stepping into leadership roles for the first time or are early on in their journey. This is a pivotal time for any leader, when they have to learn a completely different set of skills in order to successfully make the transition.
So many leaders struggle to make this transition as they don’t develop the emotional skills required to connect with, influence and inspire the people around them.
